This hotel was lovely. The staff was so helpful, especially Roberto and Augustino. They are at your disposal for everything- arranging transportation, making dinner reservations, recommendations, etc. Breakfast was very good and the gym equipment was good as well. The location is close to just about everything. Our room was huge with a beautiful view. We were kindly upgraded to the junior sweet at no extra charge.

The property surpassed my expectations, it looks even more beautiful in reality than the photos on web . The costal and minimalist decor really appealed to me and made it unique . We had a triple room 304 which was very big and at pool level with a nice terrace and two full bathrooms which we weren’t expecting . The sceneries and the landscaping from this hotel was fabulous. But what was even more enjoyable ,was how pleasant and helpful the staff at Hotel Balocco was , starting with the reception staff Augustino and Roberto and the breakfast staff ,Luciano and Evalyn, just to name a few but all staff were courteous and friendly. Their restaurants and site recommendations were spot on . We spent 6 nights at this wonderful place and were sad to leave . The breakfast that was included was plentiful and delicious fresh fruit , baked goods ,eggs cheeses and meats as well as cereals and yogurts and homemade jams . They even have their own bio garden . Also a small gym overlooking beautiful vistas and massages and beauty spa . It was the best venue to visit Costa Smeralda, based near the beautiful town of Porto Cervo .

My wife and I are serial vacationers and this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! Comfortable bed and pillows. Easy access to the HDMI on the TV! The view of pool/Porto Cervo was amazing from the balcony in our room. ALL the staff we encountered were amazing. The food by the pool was off the charts good and they had amazing chicken tacos. The location is awesome for Porto Cervo and Poltu Qualtu (many amazing restaurants at those 2 locations). I would absolutely stay here again.

Very spacious, spotless clean room with a small patio garden and direct access to the pool. Great attention to detail, comfort and hygiene. Breakfast was nice, delicious and contained pretty much all we need. People were really friendly, nice and helpful about the surroundings and services. Wonderful views from the hill top.

The views were stunning , the staff were delightful . The buffet breakfast was excellent and there were several restaurants a short distance walk away .

Everything about Balocco was amazing. The staff were very nice and polite. They helped us with really good recommendations on the restaurants in Porto Cervo. We’ve received an upgrade and we have stayed in a really good and beautiful room, clean, large and with comfortable beds. The terrace and the view were amazing. We have enjoyed the charm of Sardegna. The breakfast was great. They have a variety of food you can choose from.

The hotel is very nice, we received a free upgrade to a room with an amazing terrace. The view from the rooms and the pool area is amazing. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Breakfast and lunch was always very delicious. There are plenty parking spots and we received recommendations for restaurants from the hotel. We were also able to use a courtesy room on the day of check out to shower before heading to the airport. So we could really use our full time in the hotel. Amazing service!

Amazing views of Porto Cervo. Picturesque hotel. Delicious breakfasts accompanied with great views. Staff were extremely welcoming and helpful with restaurant/beach recommendations. Complimentary room upgrade on arrival which was a lovely surprise and start to the holiday. Can’t wait to return!

Outstanding experience. Wonderful location and amazingly well kept facilities and buildings preserving the charm of a hotel that’s 50 years old with the finish and expressivity you would expect from a new hotel breakfast lounge is looking the Bay up offering beautiful sunrise. The service has been extremely friendly, service minded and accommodating. One of our best experiences during our two weeks on Sardinia
